An emergency is a warranted defect that, if not handled right away, would cause substantial damage to your home or put your safety at risk. If you're facing one of these, call the matching number below.

  • Complete loss of electricity (not a utility-wide outage)
  • Complete loss of water
  • Complete sewage backup or stoppage
  • Plumbing leak that requires shutting off the water supply
