How one gift became two
Our story
A London builder since 2010.
Ironstone was founded in 2010 on a simple conviction: that London and the surrounding region deserved a homebuilder who put quality, honesty and community first. More than a decade on, we've become one of the most trusted names in new-home construction across London and Kitchener, Ontario.
Our founders, David Stimac and Allan Drewlo, brought together more than 50 years of combined homebuilding expertise from their respective companies, Stoneridge Homes Inc. and Drewlo Homes Inc. Between them they had already constructed more than 1,500 homes, and Ironstone became the place where that craft, discipline and care came together under one roof.
